Science Waves

Starting after the break we will be studying sound and light. We will use, among other resources, chapters 12 and 13 in our book. We will not have a test until the second week, probably on a Thursday.

Spelling 3-29

This week's spelling test will be Unit 5 week 4, Antarctic Journal. Our test will be Friday, April 2.

Raffle Basket

This year our themed raffle basket is, "Beach Party". Bring in anything having to do with going to the beach. Items may include:

*Sunscreen
*Beach Themed Photo Book
*Beach Games
We ask that all items are in by this Friday, 4/2/10. I realize this is last minute, but I sincerely hope you can all help out. Our fundraising helps offset the price of field trips, and helps purchase some of our classroom materials, and new equipment.
Our best money making fundraiser of the year is our spaghetti dinner, and the raffle baskets really help. Thanks in advance for your support.
Raffle tickets for all the baskets will be for sale this weekend before and after masses, and at school after spring break. The spaghetti dinner will be on the 15th and 16th of April. If your parents want to order take out for their office they can. The sauce is a recipe handed down from Monsignor's family, and it is wonderful!
